We’re looking for a seasoned Automation Specialist (5+ years of experience) who’s excited to design, build, and scale automation frameworks that transform the way our company operates and connects with customers.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Architect, build, and optimize advanced automation workflows across CRM, marketing, and operations.
  • Integrate platforms (CRM, e-commerce, third-party apps) to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing on customer segmentation, campaign automation, and lifecycle flows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation processes for scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership in evaluating and implementing new automation tools.
  • Deliver analytics and insights to empower data-driven decision-making.


🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years in automation engineering, workflow design, and system integration.
  • Proven success integrating marketing, e-commerce, and customer support tools.
  • Expertise with automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and SQL.
  • CRM knowledge (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced automation and process optimization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently while partnering across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Marketing automation strategy and campaign execution.
  • Experience with call center/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Background in CX, sales ops, or marketing analytics.
