Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Sales plays a key role in optimizing and supporting global sales processes through Dynamics 365 CE. This position ensures that digital sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with business goals. Working as part of an agile, international team, the role focuses on delivering impactful implementations, process improvements, and ongoing system support within a fast-paced, business-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations and enhancements of Dynamics 365 CE across global sales operations.
  • Analyze sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and present value-focused solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives, including user training, documentation, and adoption of new tools and features.
  • Configure and maintain D365 CE, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Provide issue resolution, process guidance, and proactive support to end users.
  • Stay current with D365 CE and Sales technology trends, such as AI automation and digital selling tools.
  • Test and validate system changes, ensuring seamless go-lives.


Profile

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and sales process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in driving business value.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international sales or commercial environment.
