Role Overview

The Agile Program Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of all Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) implementations and related transformation initiatives across the Environmental Division. You will ensure that ERP/CRM deployments, migrations, and continuous improvement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. This role coordinates across multiple companies, drives governance, manages stakeholders, and fosters continuous improvement in systems, processes, and project delivery.Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) implementations and related transformation initiatives across the Environmental Division. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Lead the full ERP/CRM program roadmap for the Environmental Division within Elevate.
  • Facilitate Agile governance, Agile Release Train syncs, Inspect & Adapt and System Demos and ensure alignment to D365 blueprint.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Manage dependencies across countries, teams and functions. Facilitate flow and transparency across ART teams.
  • Delivery of D365 Implementations: Ensure iterative delivery of configurations, integrations, migrations and testing in alignment with Agile best practices.
  • Ensure divisional alignment to the TE blueprint and Elevate standards

Project Portfolio Management

  • Oversee and coordinate all D365 F&O and CE rollout projects across the division.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources across multiple sites and business units.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks as needed.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for business owners, IT leads, key users, and transformation leadership.
  • Drive organizational readiness, change management, and adoption initiatives in collaboration with local implementation teams.
  • Ensure consistent communication and engagement across all entities within the division.

Delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations

  • Lead migrations from legacy systems to the divisional D365 platform.
  • Oversee fit-gap analysis, blueprint adherence, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live planning.
  • Safeguards alignment with Elevate’s technical and functional architecture, ensuring teams work according to the D365 blueprint. 
  • Drives continuous improvement in live environments through inspect-and-adapt loops.andadapt loops. 
  • Lead execution of migrations from legacy environments (Old Street, CE, current F&O setups) to the divisional D365 platform. 
  • Ensure alignment with technical architecture, platform strategy, and selected ISV solutions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize solution design, business processes, and project delivery.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement cycles.

  • Maintain governance, compliance, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to minimize project impact.
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting on project status, KPIs, risks, and financials to senior management.

Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong program and project management expertise, including Agile/hybrid methodologies and multiproject coordination.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) or comparable ERP/CRM programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical, risk management, and governance capabilities.

Experience

  • Track record delivering large-scale ERP/CRM programs across multiple projects or business units.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-entity environments.
  • Background in transformation initiatives, including change management, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and workshop skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
