
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

SN is honored to support Historical Concepts in their search for a dedicated and proactive Information Technology (IT) Manager to join their team. This role will support the overall IT operations and play a key role in managing the technology infrastructure. As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and integration of comprehensive information and design technology strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of Studio and Practice Management.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation

Manages the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Includes, but is not limited to:
- Development and implementation of:
- Processes to ensure cyber/data security and integrity.
- Disaster recovery plan/incident response plan to ensure continued business operations.
Administration
- Administers internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks. Includes, but is not limited to:
- Resolution of internal user problems; ensures correct operation of personal computers (either by own efforts or through managed service provider).
Analysis
• Oversees the analysis of business needs and selects IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes.
- The most important internal workflow at the Company is architectural design and documentation.
- Other important workflows include accounting, project management, customer relationship management, and human resources information management.
Documentation
- Develops detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems and assists with the planning of the organization's IT roadmap.
Strategy
- Manages the IT strategy and roadmap to ensure computer equipment, hardware, and software operate in alignment with organizational needs and standards.
Networking
- Plans and implements an organization's network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and monitors network performance.
- Includes secondary support infrastructure of telephones, copiers, printers, large format plotters, 3D printers and various peripherals.
Budgeting
• Allocates resources, oversees departmental budget to support, and manage IT projects through the entire lifecycle.
Management
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years’ experience, including 1-3 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT; experience with Sketch Up, In Design, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
- Experience in software selection for architecture/engineering
- Procurement and budget management experience
- Experience with third-party/MSP procurement
- Incident response and Microsoft security management (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Change management and applied learning experience
- Able to travel quarterly (average); with minimal overnight stay requirements.

- Computer maintenance, service, desktop administration, hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, and general office software.
Network & Systems Management
- Enterprise networks, network and systems management, and user administration.
IT Operations & Governance
- Asset management, IT performance management, IT operations and security, and policy administration.
Project & Program Management
- Technical project management, IT program management, and requirements specifications.
