Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality in food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect authentic Japanese flavors, utilizing fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
• Source seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii to maintain the authenticity and quality of our dishes.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end Japanese or Asian-inspired restaurant.
• Expertise in traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine, with a creative approach to menu development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
