Position Title: Assistant General Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented and results-driven Assistant General Manager to help oversee restaurant operations with a focus on excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this key leadership position involves managing all aspects of the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, as well as administrative and financial duties. The Assistant General Manager will ensure seamless daily operations while fostering an enthusiastic, service-oriented workplace culture. You will be expected to lead by example, balancing efficient task execution with team mentorship. Exceptional communication skills, a guest-centric approach, and the ability to adapt to a high-pressure environment will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
