Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
• Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect the culinary character of Blue Ridge, GA, while offering unique and memorable dishes
• Manage kitchen staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met or exceeded
• Oversee inventory, food costs, waste control, and kitchen budgeting
• Collaborate with the General Manager on events, wine pairings, and special menus
• Build strong relationships with local farmers and purveyors to highlight the best of what Blue Ridge, GA has to offer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale environment
• Deep knowledge of seasonal and regional ingredients
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive kitchen culture
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
