Talent Acquisition Sourcer – 12-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
London – Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)
TikTok is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in London and is looking for a proactive Sourcer to join on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for recruiters with an agency background who are confident in strategic sourcing and want to gain in-house experience at one of the world’s most recognisable tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across EMEA for mid to senior-level positions (£60k–£200k), managing 10–15 roles at a time.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and alternative channels to build targeted talent pipelines.
- Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals.
- Share market insights and candidate data to help inform recruitment strategies.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a positive process.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally from an agency background.
- Strong sourcing capability, with expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
- Proven ability to find and engage candidates beyond inbound applicants.
- Energetic, proactive, and resilient — suited to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Consistent track record of tenure (6–12 months+ in previous roles).
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (essential), alongside English. Additional languages are a plus.
