If that sounds grandiose it's because it's going to be grand- you'll be top dog of the biosensor department, in charge of a team of five talented people, working on a 3D graphene-based revolution in the biosensor field.

Key Responsibilities:
You'll lead a team of five talented scientists so will need to coordinate their work as well as review and manage the technical data generated by the team's work.
The flow of information between the various teams within the company is crucial, so clear, constant and timely communication of relevant data will be essential. Moreover, you may need to liaise with sales personnel so the ability to simplify and communicate complex data is also important.
Experience:
You must be experienced with 5+ years of post-doc and just as importantly industrial experience in the biosensor field- human diagnosis, animal health, food safety and environmental analysis are the ideal fields, with extensive experience of all aspects of biosensor electrochemistry and assay development in this context.
Requirements:
· PhD in the area of bioelectrochemistry or related field.
· Experience managing researchers in a non-academic sector.
· Excellent spoken and written English- communication is critical to the successful execution of the role.
