Want to turn growth factors and green cells into a multi-million-euro business line - and have your name all over it when it takes off? This is not "just another sales role": you will lead the build and scale-up of a new generation of proprietary "green" bioreagents for high-value skin-care and cell-culture markets, with the potential to become one of the company's main growth engines.
The role
This hybrid role mixes business development, technical sales and practical marketing for the launch of a new bioreagents brand in two main markets: advanced skin- and hair-care, and cell-culture applications. You will be the first commercial leader for this line, working side by side with the CEO to decide which markets to prioritise, how to position the brand globally, and how to scale revenues from first pilots to a solid, recurring portfolio.
You will take a product line that is not yet visible on the company website and bring it to market, from designing the launch plan to proving its value with early adopters and scaling up successful use cases. The role is based in Barcelona city, with a very flexible, hybrid work model focused on ambitious objectives rather than hours in the office.
What you will do
- Design and own the commercial development strategy for the new bioreagents brand, aligned with the company’s long-term vision and growth targets.
- Focus initially on two market blocks: advanced skin- and hair-care brands, and companies working with cell-culture applications such as innovative food and regenerative medicine.
- Identify, approach and win new B2B accounts in these segments, managing the full sales cycle from first contact and technical evaluation to long-term supply deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with R&D, formulation, process and innovation leaders, becoming a trusted technical-commercial partner who can link customer needs to the capabilities of the platform.
- Co-create the brand launch: define the product portfolio, sharpen the value proposition, brief external branding/web partners and help create compelling technical and marketing content.
- Drive structured beta-testing programmes with selected international customers, coordinating samples, feedback and data that will feed directly into product decisions and pipeline priorities.
- Represent the company at key international conferences and trade shows, building a global network of prospects, distributors and partners while opening new territories.
- Translate what you see in the field into strategic recommendations, revenue scenarios and concrete actions for leadership, helping to decide how far and how fast this line should grow.

What you bring
- Strong life sciences foundation, ideally a PhD in a field related to mammalian cell culture, or equivalent experience with hands-on cell culture work.
- 3-5 years of international B2B experience selling bioreagents, life-science tools or technically advanced cosmetic/dermopharma ingredients, including owning and growing your own customer portfolio.
- Proven ability to explain complex biological concepts and technologies in a clear, commercially relevant way to both scientific and business audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in activities such as attending and working trade fairs, engaging distributors, running customer visits and driving technical evaluations or trials.
- Strategic, "builder" mindset: you are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy designing go-to-market approaches from scratch and like being measured on impact rather than activity.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally; additional European languages are a plus.
