JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reports to: Managing Director
Compensation: Salary + performance incentive
Hours: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm ET
Workspace: Fully Remote
Location: Must physically reside in one of our operating states: Texas, Florida, Wisconsin, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina. Applicants who do not physically reside in one of these locations will not be considered.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Sourcing Lead is a strategic player-coach responsible for designing and executing high-impact sourcing strategies while mentoring and guiding a small sourcing team. This role owns the front end of the recruiting process—identifying, mapping, and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines that enable successful searches.
This position focuses exclusively on talent discovery and market research. The Talent Sourcing Lead does not engage directly with candidates, conduct outreach, or participate in candidate interviews. Instead, they partner closely with recruiting and account management teams to ensure a consistent flow of well-qualified talent aligned to each search strategy.
