REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Canada
Canada Territory: Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, & Parts of British Columbia
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to grow their business across a key Canadian territory. This is a consultative sales role — you'll be the trusted partner for distributors, manufacturers' reps, and OEMs, responsible for delivering results with accountability, integrity, and a genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships.
This role requires up to 80% travel within the territory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build and develop new customer relationships while expanding and deepening
existing accounts
• Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, and lead follow-ups (by phone, email, and in person)
• Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and enhancements to current customers
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of prospects and customers in the CRM system
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform strategy
• Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategy and marketing plans
• Deliver on annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role
• Associate's or undergraduate degree and/or equivalent sales experience
• Strong technical aptitude — you understand the products you sell
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; a natural relationship builder
• Experience selling to a diverse customer base (distributors, OEMs, manufacturers' reps)
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong time management
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Collaborative team player with a creative, solutions-oriented approach
