Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by managing and expanding a defined portfolio of dealer and distributor accounts. As the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound sales, this role combines expert product consultation with a hunter's mindset to convert opportunities and grow the business.

Base Salary (+ Commission in the future)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow assigned dealer, distributor, and OEM accounts across the US market
• Drive pipeline through CRM, proactive prospecting, and timely follow-up on inbound leads
• Prepare and deliver quotes, pricing proposals, and order configurations tailored to customer needs
• Advise customers on product selection based on cabinet specs, application requirements, and project scope
• Conduct virtual demos and training sessions for dealer and distributor partners
• Monitor competitive landscape and share market intelligence with sales and marketing teams
• Report weekly/monthly on pipeline status, wins, losses, and forecast accuracy
Qualifications
Required
• 3+ years of inside sales or B2B account management experience, preferably in building products, cabinet hardware, or related industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-volume account environment
• Strong communication skills; able to build relationships virtually and in person
• Familiar with common ERP Systems, e.g. SAP
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a large account base independently
Preferred
• Experience in kitchen/bath, cabinetry, or architectural product sales
• Familiarity with kitchen design principles, cabinetry construction, or interior storage systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/German a plus
