Position: Sales & Membership Manager
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Compensation: up to $25 per hour + Commission + Benefits

We’re looking for a Sales & Membership Manager to be a key player in our team, someone who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and creating a loyal client base.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning clients
- Conduct consultations and educate clients on treatment plans and membership options
- Convert leads into members by offering tailored solutions and a world-class experience
- Own the sales process from inquiry to conversion
- Build strong follow-up and retention strategies to ensure ongoing engagement
- Track performance and client metrics using CRM tools
- Support pre-opening operations and contribute to the launch and success of the brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics, luxury wellness, or hospitality setting
- Confidence in communicating with clients and closing high-touch sales
- A polished, professional, and personable approach
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
- A passion for aesthetics, skincare, or wellness
- Open availability to work, including weekends
