Are you a delivery‑driven leader who thrives on bringing structure to complex, multi‑workstream technology programmes? We’re looking for an experienced Technology Transformation Project

Manager to drive large‑scale modernisation across trading platforms, data architecture, CRM, compliance, and operational systems.

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery for major transformation initiatives, coordinating engineering, data, product, and vendor teams across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll own governance, RAID management, cross‑platform dependencies, and executive‑level reporting—ensuring programmes land on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

What you'll do:

• Lead full‑lifecycle delivery across multiple strategic tech programmes
• Manage complex dependencies spanning cloud, data, CRM/KYC, and trading environments
• Work directly with senior leadership to align priorities and unblock progress
• Oversee vendors, internal resourcing, risks, and delivery quality
• Drive secure‑by‑design and regulatory‑compliant execution

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale technology transformation in financial services
• Strong understanding of cloud/data platforms, CRM/KYC, and FX/trading or payments systems
• Exceptional governance discipline and stakeholder management
• Ability to bring order to ambiguity and drive outcomes in fast‑moving environments
