Controls Engineer – Automated Manufacturing

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support and optimize automated production systems within a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability, troubleshooting controls issues, and driving process efficiency across high-speed production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC/HMI systems (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)

Support automation, controls, and electrical systems across filling, packaging, and processing equipment

Work with VFDs, sensors, vision systems, and instrumentation

Lead or support projects including installation, startup, and commissioning

Partner with maintenance and operations to reduce downtime and improve performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)

Experience in manufacturing automation or controls engineering

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience in cosmetics, food & beverage, or consumer goods manufacturing

Knowledge of high-speed packaging or processing equipment
