About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on leader to run daily operations for our fast casual restaurant in Cooper City, FL. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and thrives on executing systems with discipline while creating strong local connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver an excellent guest experience every time.
•       Maintain full compliance with franchise standards, operating procedures, and brand expectations.
•       Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and labor efficiency to maximize profitability.
•       Ensure consistency in product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
•       Engage with the local community by joining the Chamber of Commerce and attending networking events.
•       Build relationships with schools, local organizations, and businesses to drive catering and fundraisers.
•       Coordinate local store marketing initiatives and represent the brand at community events.
•       Take ownership of results and work closely with ownership to drive sales and profitability.
