Skills you need / What you will do

• 10+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial machinery and equipment
• Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to diagnose root causes and lead preventative maintenance efforts
• Ability to work independently while supporting team operations and mentoring less experienced technicians
• Vocational training desired
