Skills you need / What you will do

• 3-5 years of IT support experience across multiple disciplines
• 2-3 years of people management experience with direct reports
• Strong experience with Windows, O365, networking, security, Active Directory
• Advanced experience building and reporting metrics using Excel, PowerBI, or ServiceNow
• Enterprise-level asset management experience
• Bachelor’s degree recommended or equivalent work experience
