We are recruiting for a Brand Cultivator (ie Shared Sales Rep) for a rapidly growing emerging spirits company that is taking off! With a high quality premium Vodka, this company is poised for enormous growth. With a team of highly engaged, experienced and sharp leaders, there is ample opportunity. The brand already has great demand with little push and now just need the right team behind it!

The right candidate will have wholesale and/or supplier experience in the bev/alc industry within this territory. Existing accounts relationships on and off in this territory, as well as the ability to make an immediate impact in placements and cases sold is critical to success.

This is a fractional 1099 position, paying a monthly stipend. The ideal candidate already represents other brands as a 1099 and is looking to add a Vodka, or has the flexibility to build a portfolio gradually. If you currently have full time employment, then this is likely not an ideal role for you.

The position will be located in NJ.

Job Expectations:

·       Account Visits of between 20-30 per week

·       Tracking/reporting of account calls

·       Attainment of 30, 60, 90 day and annual KPIS- this should be clearly communicated by BoozeBiz during the interview process

·       Weekly Check-In Call with hiring manager- 30 minutes to run through big wins and challenge

·       Bi-weekly check in (can be email) with BoozeBiz to update on progress. Please also share big wins with BoozeBiz so we can brag on your behalf!

·       One in account activation per month (ie tasting, happy hour, wine dinner etc)

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 2+ years on wholesale or supplier side of the beverage industry

·       Must have or can obtain a solicitor’s permit in your state.

·       In depth account relationships within your market in the target channel

·       Understanding of the three-tier system and an ability to work productively with distributors

·       Clean driving record.

·       Must be able to pass a background check.
