About the Position: We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support leadership across multiple entities within a growing manufacturing organization.
This role combines both strategic partnership and day-to-day HR execution. You will work closely with leadership to support business growth, while ensuring strong HR operations, compliance, and employee experience. A key part of this role involves building scalable HR infrastructure from the ground up — including attendance policies, remote work guidelines, and compliance documentation — within a rapidly growing organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership and grow within a multi-entity environment.
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Business Partnership
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy
- Support scalable HR operations and organizational structures across multiple entities
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain HR policies and documentation, including attendance, PTO, and remote work (WFH) policies
- Coordinate with operations leadership on safety-related compliance requirements (PPE, training records, OSHA documentation)
- Serve as the interim HR point of contact for EHS administrative compliance — including OSHA recordkeeping, training record maintenance, and safety poster requirements — until a dedicated EHS Coordinator is hired
HR Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, status changes)
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems (e.g., Rippling)
- Maintain accurate HR records and data
- Establish and maintain attendance tracking, scheduling, and workforce documentation processes
Talent & Performance
- Lead and support recruitment efforts for both operational and corporate positions
- Assist with performance management and employee development
- Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring quality
Process Improvement
- Improve HR workflows and internal processes
- Support HRIS optimization and system improvements
- Drive consistency across multiple entities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP or strong generalist background)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal and Texas state)
- Experience supporting multiple entities or business units is strongly preferred, especially for candidates without a broad HR generalist background
- Manufacturing or operational environment experience is a plus
- Professional working proficiency in both English is required and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
