About the Company: It is a Toronto-based video surveillance solution founded in 2015. They develop and sell CCTV and access control products in North America that are NDAA compliant. Currently, they sells IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, Turnstile gates, Wifi mesh kits, and Home automation devices through partners including distributors and integrators. It became a major and reliable provider of video surveillance products and services across Canada.


We are seeking a highly experienced Product and Solutions Lead, distinct from a pure SaaS Product Manager, who is deeply rooted in the security industry. The core focus of this role is to connect product strategy with execution, manufacturing, and channel support, requiring the ability to: understand security products, coordinate factories, support channels, and drive product improvements.


Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 USD Annual Base

Work Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities (Prioritized by Impact)

  • Product Technical Expertise: Possess deep, practical experience within the CCTV and Access Control sectors.1
  • Manufacturing Collaboration:Exceptional ability to work with and coordinate OEM/ODM factories to resolve technical, production, and quality control issues.
  • Technical Analysis: High proficiency in product issue analysis, including conducting Proof of Concept (PoC), hands-on testing, and detailed issue analysis.
  • Channel and Integrator Support:Provide strong technical and solution support to Integrators and the North American distribution channel.1
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage projects and coordinate effectively across departments to drive product improvements and market readiness.1
  • Product Development: Proactively drive product feature improvements based on market feedback and technical data.1

Medium/Low Priority & Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS / Cloud platforms (Medium/Low priority).
  • Experience with AI / Data platforms (Bonus/Plus).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the security industry.
  • Knowledge Base: Familiar with CCTV, Access Control, and VMS (Video Management Systems).
  • Background: Previous experience in a Product Management or Technical Support role.
  • Vendor Communication: Proven experience communicating and coordinating effectively with OEM/ODM vendors.
  • Market Insight: Clear understanding of North American market demands and requirements.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) is essential.
