About Our Client: It is an American Solar Supply Chain Company that provides sustainable and reliable solar manufacturing solutions to meet the growing demand of solar industry in the US.

About the Position: We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & IQA Specialist to manage day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting incoming material inspection and quality control processes. This is a dual-function role that combines physical inventory management with structured quality verification at the point of receiving. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping establish and improve IQA processes and documentation practices. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and understands the direct impact of incoming material quality on production outcomes.

Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Work location in the USA: Richardson, TX 75081

Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA)

  • Inspect incoming raw materials and components against established specifications and quality standards
  • Verify dimensions, appearance, labeling, quantity, and documentation accuracy upon receipt
  • Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials; document findings and support supplier feedback and issue resolution processes
  • Maintain inspection records and generate receiving quality reports
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams on material disposition decisions

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records using warehouse or ERP systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory audits
  • Ensure proper material labeling, FIFO rotation, and storage conditions
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams on material flow and fulfillment

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain complete and accurate receiving logs, inspection records, and inventory documentation
  • Support internal and external audits with organized, traceable records
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and support 6S workplace organization standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience; IQA or quality inspection experience is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with manufacturing materials (metal, wire, film, chemical inputs, or similar) preferred
  • Forklift certification is preferred; training or certification support may be provided for qualified candidates
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus

SKILLS

  • Strong attention to detail — both visual inspection and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, scales, gauges)
  • Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, and material handling
  • Organized, methodical, and reliable
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems and reporting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone who understands the importance of incoming material quality and inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment, not just at the end of production
  • Comfortable working in a growing manufacturing environment where IQA processes and documentation continue to evolve
  • A self-starter who can work independently and maintain organized warehouse operations with minimal supervision
  • Strong follow-through on documentation and issue escalation
  • A reliable team player who collaborates well with production and procurement
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on manufacturing and warehouse environment with shifting operational priorities
