Sales Representative – Flooring Industry

LinHR's Client is a growing wholesale distributor specializing in laminate and luxury vinyl flooring for residential and commercial markets. They proudly offer their own branded products, made in Canada—known for their high-quality finish and durability—alongside trims, moldings, and stair accessories.

As they expand across the U.S. national market, we’re looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals—ideally with flooring or building materials background—to help us drive growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations
  • Identify market trends to develop sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in collaboration with the broader team
  • Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer support
  • Manage key accounts and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, sales, and customer interactions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
  • Attend trade shows, trainings, and product meetings as needed
  • Local travel required for client visits and events


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience over 2 years (flooring or building materials preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
  • Account management or technical sales experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation


What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $80,000–$100,000 annually
  • Monthly commission based on performance
  • 401(k) plan

  • Mileage and travel reimbursement
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid meal break)
