About Our Client: A Global Flooring Industry Leader
Our client is a well-established, globally recognized manufacturer of premium flooring, including laminate, engineered wood, and SPC products. With over 30 years of industry expertise
and manufacturing facilities across Asia, including a key production hub in Vietnam, the company serves customers in more than 128 countries worldwide.

This is a full time position and new position.
Compensation: The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 CAD, with the potential to reach up to $100,000 CAD depending on experience and sales performance, in addition to sales commissions and benefits.
Work location in Canada: Toronto, ON, Montreal, QC
Responsibilities
1. Decompose sales targets and ensure performance achievement in the local flooring market.
2. Develop potential customers via exhibitions, offline visits and channel expansion, maintain core customer relationships; explore new business opportunities from existing customers.
3. Promote the company's OEM customization services, coordinate internal teams to send samples, meet customer needs and promote order landing.
4. Collect local market information, output market analysis reports, and support the company's strategy adjustment.
Requirements
1. Legal working qualifications and a valid local driver's license.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong target orientation and professional ethics.
3. Experience working with large distributors, wholesalers and dealers to support performance targets.
