Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients in an outpatient setting

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices

* Prescribe and manage medications, including Spravato and ketamine, ensuring patient safety and efficacy

* Administer and oversee TMS therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary

* Provide psychotherapy and counseling to support patients' mental health and well-being

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in psychiatry

Qualifications:

* Board certification in Psychiatry

* Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania

* Experience with outpatient psychiatric care preferred

* Proficiency in administering and managing Spravato, ketamine therapy, and TMS is highly desirable, but we can train and certify

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

What We Offer:

* Competitive base salary of $280,000.00 guaranteed in the first year, or 35% of collections, whichever is higher
