We're seeking two full-time or part-time board-certified psychiatrists to join our rapidly expanding clinic in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients in an outpatient setting
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices
* Prescribe and manage medications, including Spravato and ketamine, ensuring patient safety and efficacy
* Administer and oversee TMS therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary
* Provide psychotherapy and counseling to support patients' mental health and well-being
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in psychiatry
Qualifications:
* Board certification in Psychiatry
* Valid medical license to practice in NC or SC
* Experience with outpatient psychiatric care preferred
* Proficiency in administering and managing Spravato, ketamine therapy, and TMS is highly desirable, however we can train and certify
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Our team specializes in general psychiatry and offers a range of advanced services, including Spravato (esketamine), ketamine therapy, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment for both our patients and staff.
Benefits Package:
* Base salary $280,000.00 guaranteed first year or 35% of collections whichever is higher
* Paid vacation 4 weeks
* Paid sick time 1 week
* Paid CME days (5) per year with $3500.00 allowable
* Coverage of malpractice insurance

* State medical, DEA, and yearly licensing fees covered
