All of the following positions will support of Defense Health Agency (DHA) systems, applications, networks, and telecommunications. The objective is to improve IT practices, provide consistent end-user support, and ensure no degradation to DHA operations by utilizing the ITIL 4 framework for IT Service Management (ITSM). Most of these positions will be based on site at DHQ HQ's in Falls Church (VA), although there are a few located at other DHA sites in the NCR area.
The scope of this contract includes comprehensive IT support services, such as program and project management, Tier 2 deskside support, network system engineering, and configuration management. Additional responsibilities cover asset inventory control, security compliance including ATO/RMF support, disaster recovery, and Active Directory management. We will also handle IT conference and connectivity support, including migrating units to MedCOI/D2D and providing VTC/SVTC support. Collaboration with DHA enterprise teams and local support groups is essential for seamless integration and service delivery.
