What Is The Role?
They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. They have teams dedicated to both the UK and wider European markets for the renewable energy sector, so expertise in either will be considered.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business to sourcing and interviewing candidates to liaising with clients and closing placements.
Your focus will be on the renewables sector, allowing you to make a genuine impact on the industry while developing your career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the renewables sector.
- Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for clients.
- Provide excellent client service, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including negotiations and follow-ups.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and developments in the renewables sector to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in 360 agency recruitment, preferably within the renewables or energy sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Commutable to Central Bristol
