🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or major holidays!)

About the Opportunity:

Step into a rewarding Surgical Tech role at a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in Ophthalmology and other surgical services. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity designed for a skilled and reliable tech with at least 2 years of surgical experience—no certification required.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare the OR and set up sterile instrument tables in line with procedure guidelines
• Assist surgeons with instruments, supplies, and retraction during surgery
• Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
• Clean and restock the operating room post-procedure
• Sterilize, assemble, and inspect surgical instruments
• Participate in cross-training across multiple surgical specialties
• Provide patient care suitable for ages 6 months through adult

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
• Ophthalmology experience preferred, but open to techs willing to learn
• Ability to cross-train and support multiple specialties
• A team player with strong attention to detail and sterile technique
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
