Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission — OTE $160K - 200K+
About the Opportunity
A leading provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and CAD Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive new logo business and expand existing customer relationships. This role focuses on helping engineering and manufacturing organizations streamline product development, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
This is a high-impact, fully remote sales opportunity for a results-oriented professional with strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage both engineering and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Identify and close new business opportunities for PLM, CAD, and digital transformation software solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with solution engineers to deliver customized demos and business cases aligned with client ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust, communication, and follow-through.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure account success.
- Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.

Required Experience
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success selling PLM, CAD, ALM, or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience with or knowledge of platforms such as PTC, Siemens, Dassault, or Autodesk.
- Skilled in solution-oriented and consultative sales for technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and experienced in managing full-cycle enterprise deals.
