Trueline's client, a well-regarded family law firm in the greater Baltimore area, is seeking a Managing Family Law Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of legal professionals while making a meaningful impact on families navigating challenging life transitions.


What You'll Do as the Managing Family Law Attorney:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the firm's day-to-day operations

- Mentor and develop a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

- Maintain and cultivate relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction

- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, negotiations, and mediations

- Develop and implement effective case strategies for complex family law matters

- Oversee a diverse caseload from inception to resolution

- Manage the firm's financial reporting, billing, and collections


You'll Succeed as the Managing Family Law Attorney if you Have:

- JD from an accredited law school and active Maryland bar membership

- 8-10+ years of family law experience (divorce, custody, alimony, child support)

- Proven track record of successfully managing a legal team and high caseload

- Extensive courtroom experience in litigation, trials, and negotiations  

- Exceptional leadership, client relations, and communication skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

- Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity

- Technological proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
