Trueline's client, a prominent law firm located in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an Investment Management Associate to join their team.


This role can be located in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, New York, or Washington, DC.

What You'll Do as the Investment Management Associate:

- Provide legal counsel on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions to institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, endowments, universities, and insurance companies.

- Process and review complex legal documents with excellent attention to detail.

- Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.

- Negotiate and communicate effectively as part of a team or independently.

- Contribute to the firm's commitment to pro bono and public service matters.


You'll Succeed as the Investment Management Associate if you Have:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in investment management, investment fund formation, or related fields.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a license to practice law.

- Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical and writing skills.

- A client-service approach and exceptional communication abilities.

- Enthusiasm to work collaboratively or independently.

- Ability to manage significant individual responsibilities and multiple projects concurrently.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Responsive and professional service.


Our Client Offers:

- Competitive salary range of $170,000 to $195,000, adjusted based on experience and location.
