Trueline’s client, a culture-focused engineering consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead their vibrant team in Falmouth, Maine. As the Civil Engineering Branch Manager, You Will:

  • Mange private and public sector projects, including:
  • site civil engineering and development projects
  • land planning projects
  • water and wastewater utilities projects
  • road and infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with clients on all projects
  • Attend and present at planning board meetings as needed
  • Mentor and lead a team of 4-8 with varying specialties and levels of experience
  • Assist with business development as needed

 

You’ll Succeed as the Senior Civil Engineer If You:

  • Maine Professional Engineering Licensure (or ability to become licensed within 6 months)
  • 8+ years of experience as the design lead or project manager for site civil and development projects
  • Are proficient in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Project Management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4+ years of experience with regulatory permitting, construction administration, and site inspections
  • Enjoy mentoring others and helping them succeed
  • Are diligent and enthusiastic
  • Appreciate quality (and deliver it daily)
  • Welcome feedback and receive it humbly
  • Deliver feedback tactfully and with intention
  • Commit to mastering your craft and achieving your goals, whatever they may be
