Salary: $95k – $115k base plus bonus

Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of business operations and its impact on accounting
• Partner with the technical accounting team to develop processes and procedures for the operations and accounting teams to follow
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze results. Review operational results and prepare / book any necessary adjusting entries
• Assist in preparation of segment quarter-end close packages based on operational results
• Assist in review and assessment of contractual agreements
• On a quarterly basis, review 3rd party documentation
• Assist with integrating company acquisitions, including data mapping
• Serve as liaison with teams across the Finance, Accounting and Operations organizations
• Partner with external auditors as needed
• Develop and document recurring processes
• Assist with special projects
• Crosstrain to assist with career development within the company and provide additional support to other areas of the company

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting
• 3 – 6 years of public or private accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledgeable in GAAP.
