Responsibilities

• Assist management in achieving business goals.
• Track operational statistics and metrics.
• Analyze financial performance, and make recommendations to support organizational goals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, long-term plans and annual budgets.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profits, production, and capex to understand the details and effectively communicate results.
• Perform analysis of the long-term financial models.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Analyze financial data and journal entries relating to the month-end close.
• Assess risk and accounting treatment when explaining variances.
• Ensure timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Support internal/external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Oracle and PeopleSoft or with similar product.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
