Salary: $160k-$170k plus bonus plus equity for total comp of $200k – $215k

Highly visible, hybrid opportunity in a growing organization. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Procure-to-Pay to own the end-to-end PTP function. This is a highly visible role focused on improving processes and driving automation across Accounts Payable and procurement workflows. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Procure to Pay process across the company
  • Oversee Accounts Payable operations, including onshore and offshore teams.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive process improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in A/P Operations.
  • Lead automation initiatives across procurement and AP functions.
  • Manage the AP monthly close and subledger to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Implement solutions and strengthen controls based on audit findings.
  • Strengthen internal controls and support SOX and operational audit requirements.
  • Partner with Treasury on cash disbursement and payment processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows and systems.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5-10+years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable
  • Proven experience owning or improving Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Experience managing a team (including offshore or business process outsourcing)
  • Experience with internal controls and interacting with internal audit teams
  • Experience with AP automation and process transformation initiatives
  • Experience in pharma or biotech industries a plus
  • SAP experience is a plus.
