Job Summary

Your responsibilities will include ensuring long-term, comprehensive, and proactive care for our patients. You will diagnose and treat a range of conditions, collaborate with other team members, and develop your industry knowledge to offer the latest treatments and resources. Building relationships with patients and recommending alternative solutions when necessary is crucial. We value effective teamwork, communication skills, and ethical conduct to maintain our company culture and ensure the best patient care possible.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
  • Perform specialized tests to diagnose patients.
  • Determine proper courses of treatment.
  • Consult with a patient's primary doctor.
  • Analyze patient historical data.
  • Collaborate with other specialists, such as oncologists, in cases of cancer.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Doctor of medicine (MD) degree or a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of IM residency at point of hire;
  • Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internal medicine, or board eligible; 
  • Active medical license to practice in the state of Wyoming, or ability to obtain; 
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills. An interest in regenerative medicine is a bonus. 
  • Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.


Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary: Competitive base salary with additional incentives in hyperbaric medicine and regenerative research
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 at the start of the contract
  • Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus

  • Additional Insurance: Employer allotment for Disability, Life Insurance, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, and more
  • Retirement: 8% matched 401(k)
  • PTO & Leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 sick days
  • Continuing Education: $5,000 and 5 days for further education
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Malpractice: Employer-paid coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000)

Our clinic is located in Campbell County, Wyoming, nestled between the Big Horn Mountains and the Black Hills of South Dakota. The area offers a thriving community of around 50,000 people with a wealth of outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, camping, and boating. It's also within driving distance of Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks, as well as Mount Rushmore and Devils Tower. Campbell County boasts a robust recreational center, a regional airport, and numerous cultural and community amenities.
