Founded by a team with a track record of scaling businesses to global proportions, we are backed by tier-one SaaS and FinTech investors to solve one of the planet's most urgent sustainability challenges.

As our first Product Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and lead the product direction for a 6-person engineering team. You are joining at a high-momentum "hot start" with significant funding and extensive data inputs ready to be shaped into a market-leading platform.

You will be responsible for defining the foundations of our product culture, translating complex data into intuitive tools that drive real-world ecological and commercial impact.

  • Translate intricate data sets into simple, elegant products that solve complex problems.
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing rapid innovation with technical capacity.
  • Establish the company’s first lightweight product processes and documentation standards.
  • Identify the intersection of technical possibility and commercial value to drive product choices.
  • Define and measure success metrics tied to solving global environmental challenges.
  • Collaborate daily with the founding team to make high-stakes, rapid-impact decisions.
  • Shape the long-term product vision as the function grows from MVP to global scale.

What They’re Looking For Essential

  • Proven experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS or data-heavy sectors.
  • Evidence of thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and a talent for defining clear problem statements.
  • A track record of shipping technical products in close partnership with engineering teams.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to link user needs to go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to communicate a clear vision and navigate complex roadmap trade-offs.

Nice to Have

  • A personal passion for sustainability and climate-positive technology.

Why Join?

You will have the autonomy to shape both a product and a company culture from the ground up, with the backing of world-class investors.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary of £75k–£95k plus significant early-stage equity.
  • Flexibility: Remote-first approach with a London office for collaboration and on-site gym access.
  • Investment in You: Professional development budget for conferences and personal growth.
  • Time Off: 25 days holiday plus public holidays to ensure you stay refreshed.
  • Community: Regular team retreats and events to foster a high-performance, supportive culture.

We are building a team that reflects the diversity of the global customers we serve. We value your skills, your potential, and your unique perspective more than just a checklist of requirements. If you are excited about this mission but don't feel you meet every single criteria, we still encourage you to apply
