A leading global fintech company is looking for an ML Engineer to join their ML Platform team. You’ll help develop scalable, production-ready systems that enable real-time fraud detection and payment optimisation—delivering real impact to customers and merchants across the globe.

What you’ll be working on…

• Designing, building, and maintaining systems for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models at scale.
• Expanding and optimising the company’s feature store for complex online and offline use cases.
• Owning end-to-end delivery of ML features, from concept to production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust, efficient, and impactful.

What we’re looking for…

• Solid Python development skills, with a focus on clean, production-ready code.
• Experience working with production ML models and MLOps best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of one or more ML tools/frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, or SageMaker.
• Understanding of observability and monitoring for production systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle open-ended challenges.
