🚀 Lead the Mobile Evolution

Mobile is becoming a primary channel in our business strategy, and we’re investing significantly in growing the team. With the mobile architecture now fully modernised and modularised, the stage is set for a period of rapid growth — scaling from around 13 to 30 mobile engineers by the end of the year.

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to help shape this next chapter: scaling teams, building a high-performance culture, and ensuring our mobile products lead the way in usability, quality, and innovation.

Drive Mobile Engineering Excellence

• Lead native iOS and Android teams in building scalable, performant applications.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers on architecture and technical strategy.
• Stay ahead of trends in mobile development and tooling.

Inspire and Develop Talent

• Coach and mentor engineers to grow in their careers.
• Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in growing the team — from hiring through to creating a vibrant, ambitious engineering culture.

Champion Operational and Engineering Excellence

• Use data and metrics to drive performance and delivery.
• Ensure alignment with company strategy and product roadmap.
• Embrace AI tooling and practices to boost efficiency and reduce operational burden.

Collaborate and Align

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to deliver high-impact mobile experiences.
• Clearly communicate technical direction and progress to a range of stakeholders.
• Own platform reliability and oversee incident management and resolution processes.
