Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple distributed energy construction sites in California. This individual will provide overall leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. The ideal candidate has experience with complex infrastructure or energy projects and can manage remote teams and site-specific deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Lead coordination between engineering, procurement, and field execution teams
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety and quality
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and third-party partners
• Report on project status, risks, and KPIs on a regular basis
