As an Account Manager, you’ll drive new business and strengthen client relationships across Victoria. This role is all about consultative selling, providing tailored solutions that help clients grow. You’ll develop strategies to exceed targets, identify opportunities, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, supported by a trusted network of supply partners.


What You’ll Do

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling

· Identify new business opportunities and lead the process from prospect to close

· Analyse market trends and sales data to inform decisions

· Lead with respect and provide solutions with integrity


What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience (building industry preferred)

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities

· A motivated self-starter who thrives on achieving results
