Arrow Executive Sales is partnering with a respected timber manufacturer known for its integrity, innovative product range, and strong supply chain. We're seeking a motivated Account Manager to help expand market presence across Victoria.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to customers in the building, manufacturing, and trade sectors. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, prospecting, presenting, closing, and nurturing supported by a company with an excellent reputation and strong operational backing.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets

· Build and strengthen relationships through consultative, solutions-based selling

· Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers

· Analyse sales data and market trends to inform your strategy

· Represent the brand with professionalism, respect, and integrity


What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience (building industry preferred)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to manage a full sales cycle with confidence

· A proactive self-starter who thrives on achieving results and delivering value

· Someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people, and growing a territory
