Our client is one of WA’s top five suppliers to Tier 1 and 2 builders, supplying high-quality timber and truss solutions to the construction industry. With WA shifting to manufactured frame and truss, the industry is evolving fast for higher energy efficiency — and our client is leading the way.

To support major growth plans, they’re looking for a driven Account Manager who knows how to build relationships, convert customers and sell the value of moving from stick timber to prefabricated solutions.

If you’ve got trade sales experience and understand how margins, quality and reliability impact a builder’s bottom line, this is your chance to own your market and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strengthening relationships with Tier 1 and 2 builders while growing frame & truss sales
• Helping builders unlock the financial and operational gains of prefabricated solutions
• Mixing up the work week with 3 days in the field, 2 days in the office
• Identify new opportunities, track market trends and provide strategic sales feedback
• Work with estimating, production and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in sales or account management.
• Industry knowledge in timber, frame & truss or building products is a big advantage.
• A consultative sales approach, solving problems and providing solutions for builders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing accounts and pursuing new business.
• Proficient in CRM technology to track sales, manage relationships and drive results.
