Salary/Pay Rate: $35.77 - $49.18/hour (commensurate with <1 to 16+ years of experience). $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available. Relocation Assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.

Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will manage the complete process of therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients, working in close coordination with physicians and the entire patient care team. This role is central to the rehabilitation process, requiring you to perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations of therapeutic and functional status. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans focused on goal achievement, providing purposeful and skilled therapeutic care using techniques consistent with the physician's plan of care. A key component of this role is education; you will instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the proper use of therapeutic appliances, exercises, and devices for use outside of therapy sessions. You will also utilize your professional judgment to prioritize your patient caseload and contribute to daily staffing coordination.
