Salary Range:
$295,000 – $390,000 base for mid-level to senior associates, plus bonus
Job Description:
A mid-level to senior associate will join the real estate joint venture and finance practice, handling complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower side), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality asset classes. Substantial experience in lender-side financing is valued.
