Salary: $210,000 - $225,000 (plus bonus eligibility with qualifiers)

We are seeking an experienced associate to join our client's Labor & Employment department in the Denver office.
DESCRIPTION:
- The role involves representing employers in a wide array of matters, with a primary focus on complex litigation.
- You will handle cases including class/collective actions and single-plaintiff disputes related to discrimination and wage-and-hour laws.
- The position requires a strong ability to manage litigation independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The associate will be responsible for a broad range of duties, from legal research and writing to preparing for and participating in depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- In addition to litigation, the role may also involve providing workplace counseling and assisting with the development of company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active and in good standing license to practice law in the State of Colorado

3-5 years of experience in employment litigation
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong academic record and exceptional legal writing skills
- Experience handling a broad range of employment litigation, including class/collective actions
- Prior exposure to workplace counseling and policy development
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, equal pay statutes, and pay transparency requirements
- Experience with depositions, arbitration, and trial work is a definite plus
