Job Description: People Placers Staffing is seeking a motivated and highly capable mid-level associate (Classes of 2022-2020) to join the elite Debt Finance practice in New York. This role focuses on sophisticated transactional matters for a diverse clientele, including major financial institutions, leading corporations, and private equity sponsors. The attorney will be tasked with drafting, negotiating, and finalizing complex financing documentation, including commitment letters, syndicated credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and security agreements. A core function involves advising clients on regulatory compliance and the intricacies of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) within large-scale corporate transactions.
