$180,000 to $250,000 + bonus based on billable hours.

Structure: This position offers substantial opportunity for client origination which is awarded with an origination credit of around 25%. All employees are eligible for a 10% discretionary year-end bonuses, and merit-based salary adjustments are consistently offered. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan).

Job Description:
We are seeking an astute and experienced attorney, operating at a Partner-Track level, to assume a leadership role in high-stakes corporate and regulatory matters within the expansive healthcare sector. The successful candidate will spearhead complex corporate mergers and strategic affiliations for clients across a spectrum of healthcare industries, including medical practices, pharmacy services, dental enterprises, veterinary medicine, and hospital systems.
Core Responsibilities:
Authoritative drafting and meticulous negotiation of a full range of governing instruments and commercial covenants. This encompasses various critical agreements such as operating documents, management service contracts, professional employment arrangements, specialized purchase and sale agreements, and revenue cycle management contracts. Furthermore, the role necessitates the provision of authoritative counsel on the intricate domain of healthcare compliance, specifically navigating core federal and state anti-fraud regulations. This involves delivering proactive, business-focused solutions regarding self-referral prohibitions (e.g., Stark Law), remuneration-for-referrals statutes (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute), and state doctrines governing the corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting. This is a client-facing position that mandates the capacity to translate complex legal issues into pragmatic, strategic business directives.
