Job Description:
Our client is seeking a driven and skilled associate to join their dynamic Public M&A team. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in high-profile, headline-grabbing transactions, including both buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions, and related securities law matters. You will play a crucial part in the entire deal lifecycle, from conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents to negotiating complex terms and advising clients on regulatory compliance.
